6 green onions, chopped
3 large stalks celery, chopped
8 ounces bean sprouts
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
3 cups cooked rice
2 tablespoons soy sauce salt and black pepper
Directions
Brown beef in large skillet over medium high heat 6-8 minutes, stirring to break up meat. Drain fat.
Stir in onions, celery, bean sprouts, mushrooms, bell peppers, and ginger. Cook over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until vegetables are crispy, stirring frequently.
Stir in rice and soy sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Heat through, stirring occasionally.
